Brief Introduction
PF Series Impact Crusher uses the latest manufacturing technology, unique structural design, its end product is cube size, no tension and cracks, its grain shape is good, which  can break particle sizes less than 500mm, compressive strength is no more than 350MPa medium, fine materials (granite, limestone, concrete, etc.), widely used in ore crushing, railway, highway, energy, cement, chemicals, construction and other industries on a variety of medium hardness material, it could crusher limestone, cooked material, slag, coke and coal. The particle size, specification diversification can be adjusted.
Compared with hammer crusher, this impact crusher offers larger crushing ratio, with full use of high-speed impact energy throughout the rotor, impact crusher is usually used for crushing, breaking limestone, coal, calcium carbide, quartz, dolomite, sulfide iron ore, gypsum and chemical raw materials under medium-hardness brittle materials. 
This ideal feed size is 100-500mm; Fineness adjustment could be satisfied by the space between the hammer and impacting plate.

Working Principle
 
PFP impact crushers are generally used as primary crushers for crushing quarry rock, which are designed for crushing low abrasive and medium hard materials. The materials fed to the crusher trough its large feeding opening are crushed in two stages while impacted by the rotor's hammers to the adjustable primary and secondary impact plates. The materials will not pass to the secondary impact plate until being crushed and reduced to the size which the primary impact plate is adjusted to and will not pass to discharging chute until being crushed and reduced to the size which the secondary impact plate is adjusted to. By this adjustable impact plates the maximum size of output material can be controlled.

Brief Introduction
 
European Type Impact Crusher is a kind of crusher which crush the raw material by using impact energy. When enter the zone of the board hammer, the raw material is crushed by the high-speed impact of it. And then the raw material is threw up to the impact device installed on the rotor and is crushed again. Then the raw material is crushed for another time when it is rebounded from impact liner to the zone of board hammer. The process repeats until the raw material is crushed into the desired size and discharges from the bottom of the machine. The final product size and shape can be changed by adjusting the gap between impact frame and rotor frame. European Type Impact Crusher adopts spring safety device behind the impact liner. When the non-crushed items enter the crusher chamber, the impact frame front and back will be draw back and the non-crushed items will be discharged from machine.
